Providing physical activities or sports to adults, in community centres, clubs or other venues.   We can include Pilates, chair-based exercise, group games, passing a ball whilst sat in a ring of chairs as gentle forms of exercise.

We are also able to provide coaches for activities that tackle sedentary lifestyles and behaviours- beginners’ strength and conditioning, walking rugby, rugby for ex-players who may have been injured or retired, and other sports where the aim is to help people to get active. These sessions are tailored to suit the group and can be delivered indoors or outdoors at community centres, community gardens, local parks, or even at a clubhouse.
